Hi! We have a subset of courses (10) that are set up as audience sync to a few specific audiences. I received a help desk ticket from a learner who is a member of the audiences synced to these courses but the following was happening:
- She could see the courses via search but there was a message that she was prohibited from participating unless these courses were part of her learning plan (there are no learning plans associated with these courses)
- These courses did not appear in her dashboard currently learning block
- I had to enable self enrollment on these courses for her to access them
