Has anyone had this problem before?

We have assigned a certification to an audience but one of the learners does not see it in their required learning or current learning lists.

They can only see it when they go to My record of learning > Certifications

The progress status is Not Assigned

The learner cannot access the courses as they are unavailable

I can confirm the learner is listed as an audience member for the certification

I have now added the learner to the certification as an individual and set a due date but the certification status is still Not Assigned within their record of learning.

Am I missing something?
