Does anyone know what data drives the programme date started and date completed fields in the record of learning?
If we create a new programme with a course that the learner has previously completed what impact will this have?

Hi Paul
My understanding is the date the program starts is when the first course in the program is launched from the program interface to enrol the user in the course through the program enrolment method.
The programme completion date is the date when the program completion criteria have all been completed

Thanks for clarification where a user has previously completed courses before being assigned the programme we might see in the record of learning > programmes page :
date started to be 1st Jan 2020
Due / status 31st March 2024
Date completed: 31st Dec 2022
Is this right ?

In other words…. If a learner has completed the course previously outside of the programme, would that impact on the start date of the programme?
