Has anyone else found that trying to access help documentation for Totara Learn 9 (https://totara.community/course/view.php?id=765) results in a "this course is no longer available to learners" error?
Is that the expected behaviour? Is there something I should do in order to get access?

I went to the link which is a course in the Community for the documentation - it looks like Totara 9 is in extended support and has links to a pdf to the help as below
Totara’s Product Release and Support Lifecycle Policy divides versions into two categories: Official Support and Extended Support. Official Support is provided for a minimum of four years for all major version releases. The documentation provided on this page is for Totara versions in Extended Support. Versions in Extended Support will only receive bug fixes, security upgrades and reliability improvements, and the documentation will not be updated.

That PDF says that documentation for versions on Extended Support will not be updated.
Does that also mean that the documentation will not be available/accessible and anyone still using such versions is on their own? 🙂

The documentation is still available for extended support versions through the pdf file link in the Totara community site and these are available for download.
The products that are on extended support for pre 12 will continue to get security and reliability updates, along with bug fixes. The features won't change in these versions so the documentation will remain the same.
