Any one had faced TGpageSetup is not defined error with SCORM course? If yes what is the solution to fix this error (screenshot attached)
I am uploading SCORM file in Totara Learn but getting TGpageSetup error. Not sure how to fix the problem. In fact, we have hosted same course on our LXP there it is working fine without any issue.

There are some permissions around what users can upload , launch and view SCORM packages
Can you check the user all the permission to upload launch and view the package .
From the error message it doesn't sound like this is the problem but sometimes the error messages don't accurately describe the problem.
If this doesn't help what authoring package are you using - there may be an issue with the package.
Are you or your partner able to create a support ticket so we can see what might be going wrong?
