How do we link the employees current learning records to match the learning needs that have been identified? Is there a template that we can use to upload the annual Learning Needs Analysis?

The review of training needs of employees is managed through performance activities where learning needs are identified and reviewed by selected roles.
The performance activity data can be reviewed in reports that can be customised to your requirements.
there are various courses and resources available on the Academy Community site that would be useful to see how this can be used
