Hi,

Currently on V12 and this documentation (opens in new window) makes it sounds like you can include all the sessions details into a notification if you have an event with multiple sessions.

"Session placeholders

To include the details of each session, a segment of the notification can be repeated to include the details of each individual session. To do this, add [#sessions] where you would like the loop to start, add [/sessions] where you would like it to end"

But when I use them, they repeat the same session details.

e.g. if I have a 6-session event the notification repeats the same details of the 1st session only.

Am I missing something here?

thanks,
Larry

Hi Larry

there may be a problem with extra html code being included in the loop - you might be able to see this if you switch to html view in the Atto editor.

If this looks OK then can you try deleting all of the content in the loop and try inserting again to see if this resolves this.
