SCORM Courses not working

We have 5 courses authored Lectora Inspire authoring tool with two different versions being used.  

 It is courses which have been made with the Lectora Inspire v.17.1.8(11588) version which do not seem to work on Totara platform. However, three courses authored in Lectora Inspire v.16.2.2(10710) version working fine in Totara.

Whenever, we run the course we get an error (screenshot attached) then course didn't go further.

Any experience similar issue? If yes how you have fixed it ?

Hi Muhammad

This looks similar to a problem reported to support - we received a copy of the SCORM and were able to navigate through the course and have asked a few questions about the SCORM settings.

I have been through the change logs in Lectora Inspire 17 and can't see this problem reported

From the error messages it is saying there is a bad connection. Is it possible to rule out a communication problem with the server?

Thank you for your feedback.

Actually, we hosted both courses on previous learning platforms both courses were working fine there. In fact we hosted both course on SCORM cloud it works well there as well. However, both courses does not work on Totara. Probably it seems some internal settings issue with Totara which end up with this error.
