Feedback activity - users viewing content and their own answers after submission

We have a specific use case that we can't seem to provide.

Participants on a course complete a pre training activity - reading some content and then rank ordering the content according their personal preferences - there are no right or wrong answers.

We need each participant to be able to view the content and their comments after submission.

We currently use the feedback module but in this situation participants can only view the content or answers separately.

Is there any way (or any other module) that would allow them to view the full content and their own answers together after submission?

Can you explain what you mean by viewing the content or answers separately.

If you go to the Feedback and 'Show responses' tab each answer is shown as well as the field name (question)

Thanks for you responses.

We have previously used 'show responses' but for that we have to put each participant in an individual group so they only see their own answers. It also displays numerical answers in a graph which is un helpful when they are only viewing their own answers.

Now we use a feedback report set up which is to show only the users answers. This report pulls in the questions and answers and looks good.

The problem is that the questions do not include enough information. We have a few paragraphs of content (as labels) within the feedback form about each question. We want the participants to be able to see all this content with their answers. I've tried including it all in the question field but there is too much text and it doesn't display well.

Hi Rebecca, I'd love to know more about what this feedback report is that you've set up. Is it a custom report?
