Hi all,

I couldn't find a way where i can create a seminar and allow multiple tenants to access the same event. Any suggestions> ?

Hi Dhairya

If you create a course in a site level category such as the Miscellaneous category and create a seminar in this course then users from all tenants can see and enrol in the course and seminar.

If you are wanting the users from each tenant to be separate the using separate groups for the activity and adding tenant member to each group through audience will keep users separate to some extent.

And what if I want to select a few tenants but not all.

Say 4 tenants out of 10 should be able to see it

Hi Dhairya

It is possible to set audience based visibility on the course and limit to an audience with the four tenants members in it, The audience could have a rule is a member of the four tenants. You would still need the groups to keep members separate.
