We have a course for the management of departments professional CPD programme. This is an annual course with a timetabled series of seminar sessions for the year. We would like to be able to allow the users the ability to add any self directed CPD to the course.

We need the submissions to be standardised and to be able to report across the year on the submissions so we can't use the assignment functionality. I initially went for the feedback activity as this gives us standardisation AND great analytics BUT I've now discovered that you cannot submit multiple times - you only have one submission per feedback form.

The evidence form is PERFECT for this but we would like it embedded in the course itself so that activity can be reported on at course level
