So I tried setting up an automatic course backup. But once I check the backup execution logs after the scheduled time, it says 'No Logs have been found'. Is there a specific reason for this ?

How can I check the issue.

Secondly can I use this AUTOMATED course backup setup, in order to bulk backup all courses in my Totara 13 instance and restore all these courses to a new Totara 18 instance ?

Hi Dhairya

The backup doesn't copy any courses which are unavailable to learners or have not been changed in the last month.

Can you confirm the course fit this condition

I will have to get that checked with the team. However, supposing that the above conditions are fulfilled and I am eventually able to take the backup;

will i be able to restore a Totara 13 course backup on another instance of Totara 18 ?

any other dependencies / issues which i should be aware of during migration ?
