Hi ,


Our company is looking to add Totara Perform with Totara learn LMS that we have. We have looked at the competency and we do not plan to use the competencies in the Perform module. Can we still have perform implemented, whilst not using competencies in that module?

You can use all "sub-modules" independently: goals, competencies and performance activities.
