I am trying to configure automatic reports from closed performance activities, but I cant seem to generate any customised reports for the Perform Module at all.
The Situation
There is a Salary Question in the Performance Appraisal for the Manager to answer, how can we pull this answer and send directly to our pay team to have the salary amended as per the Managers request?
Pulling reports for Perform is like pulling teeth! Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Reports on the responses to performance activities are accessible when logged in as admin
Go to the Quick access menu (the cog in upper right hand corner)
Select Performance activity response data
Select the performance activity and Load records
Apply filters to select the salary question and the manager relationship
Select view as report or export
This is in Totara 18 earlier versions may not have so many reporting options.

Thanks Craig, I find that I am unable to make the required edits to the report to pull the data that I need. Is there a way to add to the report a specific response from an Activity?
There is also no option that I can see to create automated reports as you can with the Learn Module.

This report is the embedded report Performance activity response data - the filter column should have filter by response data.

Thanks Craig! This is very helpful. I don't seem to have the option of Response Data.
I have contacted Kineo, my Totara provider, and they have advised it shows in the report builder, which I dont have access to as an admin user, but it doesn't appear as suggested.
Do you have any further suggestions to help? Or that my Kineo Platform Consultant can help do?

Sometimes the embedded reports only appear after selecting a record - in this case select Load records
then View as report
The response data should show and the report can be edited if required
I confirmed the response data filter is available in Totara 17 and 18.

That has worked, I don't have the option to export that report. Is there a way to enable this?

The export option for that report is not there and not able to clone the report either so can't see a way to export this.
