Create a report with the "Seminar Sessions" report source. This will show you all of the sessions that exist (and which course they are in). Export this list of all sessions.
Create a report with the "Courses" report source, and include a filter for activity type. Filter the report to show courses with a Seminar activity. Export this as well.
In Excel, do a VLOOKUP to find courses which appear in 2, but which don't appear in 1.
