Hi there,

We have been asked to create a course that sends an automated weekly reminder for users to complete the couse. This is to be sent weekly until the user has completed the course content.

Is there a way to set this sort of automated reminder up, that will continue indefinitely until users complete the course?

Hi Stuart

There is a course due date notification that you can set to be sent at 7 days 14 21 days after the course due date

The due date can be set a set number of days from the user's enrolment date or fixed date for all users.
