There is a course due date notification that you can set to be sent at 7 days 14 21 days after the course due date

The due date can be set a set number of days from the user's enrolment date or fixed date for all users.

HI Craig Is there any way of making this reminder only go to people who have not completed the course? Thanks

Hi Petra

Once a user has completed a course, they should no longer receive reminders related to that course’s completion status, even if the course’s due date has passed.
