Ability to Lock Activities in a Course When a Learner Launches a Quiz Activity

We have a scenario with a regulator where we need to administer a "closed book" exam in our online course. Essentially, once the learner launches the exam, they won't be able to leave the exam to go back into the course activities that has content in them to search for the answers to the exam questions. After the learner has successfully passed the exam, then the content can be unlocked and accessible to the learner. I have searched the Totara documentation and forums to see if this feature exists, however, I'm not seeing this as a capability of Totara Learn. Can someone provide any direction or share a similar experience and if there is a way to accomplish this?

Hi Ruthya

There is a setting Enable safe exam browser that is a tool designed to do this

Once this is enabled then under Quiz setting Under Extra restrictions on attempts you can choose to use safe exam browser.
