We are using V16. The 'Program completions' block is part of our dashboard for Users. Occasionally we have a glitch where a certain assignment shows up the block for everyone else assigned to it, but not for one person. It's a different course & User each time (not happening to the same course or User each time).

There doesn't appear to be a reason for it. We've looked into the course, the user, the way it was assigned, the settings on the block, but don't see any reason why it should happen.

Has anyone else had this occur and have you found a cause?
