Hello everyone, I am new to the Learning and Development world as an L&D manager but also hold the responsibility of being the site administrator for our Totara Learn site. I am working on an individual development plan and keep finding myself being reactive with my goals (such as we have inconsistencies with course structures so a goal we to review and implement a process to offer consistency in course creation). Instead of being reactive I would like to change my goals to a proactive approach. What are the first things to set goals for as a beginner in site administration and what kind of SMART goals can be used to achieve? Thank you in advance for any insights or responses.
