Hello,

I've been trying to workout how best to achieve the following:

1. There is a competency in Fire Safety

2. The competency is linked to completion of the Fire Safety course

3. The Fire Safety course is its own Certification that needs to be redone every 12 months from certifying

4. If a staff member completes the course they are proficient in the Fire Safety competency, which is reflected in their Competency profile

5. When the course is reset, forcing the staff member to redo the course and re-certify, the competency is then demoted to Not proficient.

How do we get point number 5 to work?
