Date columns in reports provide a number of ways to format the date but, in some reports, none of the formats allow for a date and time to be displayed at the same time.
Specifically, this has come up a number of times regarding the completion date of courses/programs/certifications and wanting to know whether a learner has completed something within office hours.

Is there a way to provide a "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM" format (or something similar) in the list of available formats?
Or change the default format?
