Is there a way on totara learn for users to save learning goals and key takeways to programs they are registered on?
We would like to encourage a better dialogue between employees and their managers and it would help if they were able to save learning goals for classroom training and key takeaways on the platform.
We are not using Learning Paths yet.

This sounds like something that could be achieved using Totara goals that are included in performance activities . The performance activity could be assigned to an audience that included users who are assigned to the program
Totara Goals have also been developed in Totara 19 to allow tasks, linked courses, goals and comments to be added within the Performance activity interface.
