really hoping someone can help.
We are launching perform for the first time shortly and I am struggling to find a way to assign an appraisal activity for anniversary. The issue is that a large number of our staff were created on a particular day when we moved over to totara. This means user creation date and job assignment creation are not an option.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
