Hi,

I hope someone has an idea about the following issue:

In the system, I have a competency with two achievement paths.

Example:

  • Path 1: Completion of all four courses
    OR

  • Path 2: Completion of one course

The user has completed all the courses from both paths.

Screenshots of the Report Competency Status, Activity Log, and Competency Profile are attached.

Does anyone know why the user still has the status "Not Proficient" despite completing all the required courses for both paths?

All cron jobs are running correctly.

Additionally, this is not an isolated case—several users are experiencing the same issue.

What could be causing this problem?

Hi Georgi

Are you able to check the Overall ratings setting used when there is more than one achievement path.

If one of the paths is prioritised and hasn't been achieved then the first one applies. Although in your case both paths have been achieved so shouldn't make a difference.

If this looks Ok then are you able to submit a support ticket with replication steps
