I'm in the process of developing Totara at my organisation where I've been in post as L&D Lead around 18 months. I'd really value a couple of people who could spare some time to share how they successfully use Totara at their organisations. I work in a small L&D team (of 2!) at a charitable think tank of around 280 people and know that we can be using it more effectively and efficiently. It (should be) a relatively small part of my role - I would love to share ideas and see how it's used at similar organisations. Please let me know if you'd be willing to meet perhaps once a quarter to share ideas, challenges and best practice. Thank you!
