We have developed a series of competencies for a specific audience. We would like to have a different audience be able to rate the competencies.
So, the audience all report to one manager, but we want a group of senior employees to be able to mentor the employees and rate their eompetencies.
Is there any way to allow an audience to rate competencies for a a different audience?

I have good news - this feature is currently in development! We're adding audiences as a manual rating method for competencies, to be included in version 20. This means you'll be able to add the group os senior employees to an audience, that is then assigned as raters for each of your specified competencies.
They'll have the same rating experience as managers (use the 'rate others competencies' link found on the user profile page, or set it as a primary navigation link), meaning they'll choose the person to rate and then the relevant competency.

I don't suppose you know of any ways we can work within the confines of the current version (v18) to allow multiple people to rate competencies?
