I am trying to create an audience containing all international managers who manage people in country X.
For example: Managers who manage Dutch employees are not necessarily from the Netherlands themselves; they could also come from Belgium or Germany, for instance.
If I create the audience using the following rules:
Total number of direct reports: At least "1" person
AND User is a member of any of these audiences: "COMPANY NAME"
AND User is suspended is equal to "No"
AND User's country is equal to "Netherlands"
then I only get managers in the audience who are from the Netherlands and are managing people.
The standard filter “User’s country is equal to Netherlands” applies to the manager, not their direct reports.
I would like to create an audience where the manager can be from any country, but at least one of their direct reports must be from the Netherlands. Is there a way to filter or target based on the attributes of direct reports, such as their location/country?
