Save searches and make these available to other usersIt is possible to use a saved search in report blocks and also scheduled reports so the user views the intended records.Learn more about the Report table block in the Help documentation. |
Scheduled reportsAs a Site Administrator you can create an audience for groups of users that need to receive/have access to a particular report and schedule an email containing that report on their behalf. Check out our Reports course to find out more. |
Scheduling HR import IRemember that even if you set a schedule for HR import to run, the scheduled task will only run when the cron runs. |
Scheduling HR import IIDid you know that you have different scheduled tasks for different elements in HR import? For example, you could have your user import run more frequently than your organisations. |
Scheduling HR import IIIThink about the order of your scheduled tasks. For example, you’ll need to import your users before your job assignments. |
Selecting a job assignment on seminar sign upIf you want users to enter their related job assignment when they sign up to a seminar, you’ll need to enable the option to Select job assignment on signup at site level. |
Set up course enrolment approval workflowsYou can set up approval workflows to manage how course enrolment requests are reviewed and who approves them. For example, when a learner submits a request, their manager is notified and can review it in the applications dashboard. Managers can approve or deny the request and add comments if needed. Multiple levels of approval can also be configured, if required. To learn more about managing course enrolment approval workflows, explore the Academy's Courses and categories course. |
Show records by audience to restrict the users showing in the reportUsing the Show records by audience restriction allows more flexibility for what users are displayed in a report rather than being based on a user's reports, organisation or position. Learn more about Report settings in the Help documentation. |
Site policy IWhen creating site policies, be sure to use the languages feature to create copies of your policies in additional languages rather than creating entirely separate policies. This will help simplify tracking of policy versions and reporting when you need to review policy consent history.Learn more about creating a site policy in the Academy User data management course. |
Site policy IIThere are a range of report builder report sources around user management including a Site Policy Records report source – where you can generate a list of all users who have/have not consented to your site policy(ies).Learn more about creating a site policy in the Academy User data management course. |
