Hi,

Whilst creating an 'Other Evidence' report in our prod environment (V2.6.3) I experienced the below issues:

  • An 'Invalid User' error appears above the report results when 'Attachments' is added as a Column (see attached picture).  I also automatically lose visibility of several records in the report when this column is in the report.  I have also tested this in our dev environment which is V2.7.1 and it's the same issue.
  • The 'Evidence Type' filter doesn't seem to work regardless of the Evidence Type I select.  The results I expect to see don't appear.  I also tested this in our dev environment (V2.7.1) and it seems to work fine.  I'm wondering whether this was a bug that has been fixed since V 2.6.3.

Hi Michelle

It looks like the Evidence type filter was fixed in version 2.6.13.

There was a bug for  Invalid user error for the Evidence type report source - this occurred when a user is deleted that has evidence. This was fixed in 2.7.4 and 2.6.21 - did this occur when the user was deleted?
