Face-to-Face - reminder notifications for 'no shows only'

Hi,

We have a face-to-face activity setup in a course which forms part of a program.

The face-to-face session has notifications, including a 'no shows only' email that automatically sends when a staff member's attendance is updated to 'No Show' following the session they originally booked into. The 'no shows only' email encourages the staff member to book into a future session.

Is it possible to have a further reminder email automatically sent to the same 'No Show' staff if they don't book into a future session?

We're using version 2.6.3.

Hi Michelle

Previous sessions attendance are available using the export attendance facility in the face to face session .

I am not sure how you could distinguish between active and non active people - currently the list of people isn't displayed before sending so not sure who will be included in the email. Can you explain your situation more - are you wanting everyone who has previously had a no show for a past session to be sent an email for a future session?

It's all no shows that we're wanting to email, to encourage them to book into a future session if they haven't booked into a future session.

We've already got 1 email notification set up to automatically send to no shows following a session and it's working quite well. However, it seems that 1 email doesn't provide enough encouragement to book into a future session.

So, we would like a further (second) email sent to staff who had a no show for a past session and haven't booked into a future session.

Does this provide enough information?

Hi Michelle

Thanks for the explanation I will add a feature request and a topic in the suggest features forum for an additional choice to send message to No Shows and who haven't booked another session. Currently the Message users tab is still visible for all past sessions to allow another message to No Shows to be sent.
