Hi John,
When performing the upgrade - as part of the process you need to log in as Admin, and then save all the settings. This will resolve.

Thanks George! The sys admin must of missed that when he did the upgrade. I manually went to /admin/upgradesettings.php and pressed save and now all is well. :)
