Hi,

We've started to get learners phoning to say that they are received reminders to attend sessions which they have previously cancelled themselves off. 

The notification is set up as an auto notification, we have not altered the template in any way recently so I'm a bit baffled.

Is anyone else seeing the same thing or can anyone suggest somewhere I can look to resolve this?

We are having the same issues at East Lancashire Hospitals Trust.

Yes here at ELHT we have noticed it.

I have just fully investigated a case like this today.  Staff member cancelled a place on an October session back in September, however 14 days before the course she has recieved an automated reminder email.  

Like you, we have not amended this and I have checked all the relevant areas.

Hi Steph

A fix for this has been developed TL-7181 and is expected to be included in the next release this week for 2.5.,2.6 and 2.7 - the issue reappeared after being fixed earlier.
