Good Morning Everyone!

Does anyone know if you can still use the Moodle based feature to "upload users" to a cohort/audience in Totara 2.9 (see https://docs.moodle.org/29/en/Cohorts#Uploading_users_to_a_cohort)? Our learning & development team has reached a point where large set audiences are becoming painstakingly difficult to build and a feature like this would make it much easier.
