Uploading Users to an Audience

Good Morning Everyone!

Does anyone know if you can still use the Moodle based feature to "upload users" to a cohort/audience in Totara 2.9 (see https://docs.moodle.org/29/en/Cohorts#Uploading_users_to_a_cohort)? Our learning & development team has reached a point where large set audiences are becoming painstakingly difficult to build and a feature like this would make it much easier.

Not sure about 2.9, but we use it on 2.7 all of the time to build large set audiences. A simple CSV file with the two columns being "username" and "cohort1" (which is the name of the audience) is all you need.
