Hi - are there a way as a site administrator to identify the number of scheduled reports that are setup in Totara e.g. by whom , whether they're EXCEL or .CSV format, the relevant report source and what are the date/period or filters around them? I've noticed sometimes when someone create a big scheduled report and it blocks out the rest of the reports from sending out etc. I'd like to see a way to manage these more effectively and have more visibility on the usage of this feature across the whole organisation.
