Reopen question after the learner has used up all the available attempts?

Are there a way to reopen the question for a learner when the learner has used up all the available attempts at a quiz?

We setup a quiz with maximum 3 attempts allowed. We only open up under special circumstances for learner to resubmit answer for the quiz. We do still need to keep the results of the previous attempts. Is this possible ? We are at v2.7.

Hi Mei

It isn't possible to allow one user more attempts than the other. The only way I can think of is to save the quiz data and delete the attempt of the user so they are able to do another attempt and the old attempt is saved in a spreadsheet.

Craig

Thank you Peter. The user override feature seem to work very well!
