Is anyone using Totara to also serve as an Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) or similar? If so, I would like to hear how you organized it to allow for quick reference by users. We are moving to Mobile Work Management and would like to have quick reference items available for employees to reference while in the field/on-the-job.

Some immediate questions:

Did you organize it by setting up 'courses' with topic areas? If so, how did you configure search to look for specific items under that course? Did you change settings to allow Google search or was there a better method?
