Feedback - Export to Excel button NOT working

I was trying to export the Feedback Activity analysis from one of my courses, but it the 'Export to Excel' button on the 'Analysis' tab section/page doesn't seem to be clickable. It appears on the page but doesn't act as a button or even show the cursor changing to a hand.

Has anyone come across this problem before?

I also noticed that in the Participants section/page of the course the drop down menus (Seperate Groups, inactive for more than, user list, current role) at the top of the page aren't selectable either...

any ideas on what would be causing this and how to fix it?

Hi Ira,

I second your problem with the "Export to Excel" button. I tried to export an Excel report from a Feedback activity just yesterday and the button didn't work.

Hmm, that sounds like an issue with the theme, there may be another element that is transparent but extending on top of the button and links, preventing the click from working. It is probably the tab bar that's causing it.

Can I ask what browser you are using, and if you are using the totara theme or if not, what theme it is?

You were right Simon, it ended up being an extended area of overlapping padding from the tab elements covering the button in our custom theme. Fixed up the CSS in our theme and the button is clickable again.

Ok, no problem, glad you got it fixed. Marjaana seems to be having the same problem, would you be able to point to the section you changed?

Marjaana, are you also using a custom theme?

In our theme's main CSS file (based on styles_totara.css), I changed the following CSS code:

.tabrow0{
padding-bottom: 0; /*changed from 4.5em*/
}
