We're trying to figure out we generate a report on the development plans of our staff. There doesn't seem to be a source that contains the plan name and its status (Draft, Approved, Completed) for each staff member (and associated profile data such as their Business unit, manager, last login) etc.
Have I missed something?

Ok, so no response. Can we call this a support request then?
The ideal solution would be to add to the "My Team" embedded report the following columns:
And, while reviewing the 'My Team' report as a whole there'd be considerable merit in adding a column of percentage of Mandory courses completed.

Sorry for the delay. You are right there is not currently a report that displays just the plan and plan status. Some of the record of learning reports have columns for plan and plan status, but there is no single report that shows all users plan.
I've created a new fetaure request to remind us about it, although I'm afraid it it's a high priority for us right now.
