Totara community...

Is it possible to enrol by an audience group at the course/topic level? I have several course topic (face-to-face) sessions that I did not enrol my users in to (or ask them to enrol in beforehand), and now I want to go back and give them attendance credit for being there and track in Totara. However, when I do, the only way I can enrol them in the topic/face-to-face is one by one, user by user. With a large class size this is sure a teadious process. Any thoughts? Thanks everyone!

When you say "enrol them in the topic" do you mean assign them to a session in the face-to-face activity?

If so, it's not currently possible (face-to-face is designed to allow the user to choose their session). However, we have some big improvements to face-to-face planned for the next release, which should let you do what you want.
