Trying to setup a recurring program that renews every year with a minimum time required of 1 day. When assigning a user with a fixed completion date everything calculates correctly. However, when we try to use custom profile field (Employee Performance Review Date) Totara is not able to calculate the completion date. The mySQL table 'mdl_prog_completion' has two records for the user. 1 record is with a timedue value of 1 day from current date and the second record has a timedue value of 0.

Currently on Totara Version 2.2.3 (Build: 20120905.00).

Anyone run into this same issue or have thoughts on the solution?
