Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the following problem in any of the recent upgrades:
We have lost administrator rights to approve attendance for participants who had signed-up to attend a face-to-face session (sessions which require manager approval) - was this a result of a change in administrator permissions?
We have also discovered a site wide issue of face-to-face sessions which require manager approval to book are allowing participants to register however, their attendance is not being recorded (please see attached step-by-step screen shots). As you will see there are two participnats registered however, the initial screen message indicates "No users are registered. 0 participants are waiting for approval". The only way to see if particpants have registered is by going into "Add/remove attendees".
We have our system providers onto this however, they can't seem to find where the issue is.
