This appears to be a bug, Ill pass it to the developers. The functionality was intially designed to display data concerning competency evidence, it can be turned off under Competency permissions in the workflow setings of the Learning Plan Template.

The bug has not been assigned a high priority and we have no plans at present for this option, however it has been logged and will be dealt with in due course.
