Hi Hamid,
Could you tell me which version you are using. The calendar will show User events & global events depending on the settings of the course. This is why it can appear more than once.

I'm continuing with this issue while Hamid is on holiday.
The Totara version is below -
Version 1.1.22 (Build: 20130207.0)
If you believe everything to be functioning as expected, please can you forward the recommended settings to avoid the multiple calendar event entries.

Hi Gary,
The reason for the three events showing in the Calendar for admin are 1) shows the event admin has created 2) Shows the event admin signs up for & 3) shows a Global course event.
What you see on the calendar can by edited by clicking on/off the appropriate filters at the bottom in Monthly view.
