Enrollment Permission Error

Hello

We have seen a few instances where we have people enrolling onto courses and then seeing an error message when they try to access the activity eg "Sorry, but you do not currently have permission to do that (view Face to Face Activities and sessions).

I thought it might be an issue with their Learner role (or lack thereof) but it does not appear to be happening consistently enough for us to identify why and stop it from happening in the first place.  Also, others seem to be able to access the courses and activity with no issues even though they are all coming at it from the same links etc.

Can anyone advise what might be happening?

Hi Scott,

Have you checked Permissions in Face-to-face under Settings? I take it everyone who is being denied permissions has the same role ie Learner? Id have a look at the default role in the enrollment plugin too.
