Hi Melissa,

Have you uploaded the new files into the activity, and deleted the old ones?

regards,

George.

Hi Melissa,

Have you tried creating a new activity and up loading the new SCORM, and hiding the old activity?

regards,

George.

Hi Melissa,

This is very odd Melissa, I think the only possible way this can happen is if the old and new SCORMs are actually the same files, is there anyway to check the old SCORM hasnt been saved with the new SCORM filename?

Hi Alan

Sometimes content is also stored in the server cache - I am not sure if this applies to SCORM content.

This is under Site administration > Development > Purge all caches

The following information is provided on the effect of this.

Totara can cache themes, javascript, language strings, filtered text, rss feeds and many other pieces of calculated data. Purging these caches will delete that data from the server and force browsers to refetch data, so that you can be sure you are seeing the most up-to-date values produced by the current code. There is no danger in purging caches, but your site may appear slower for a while until the server and clients calculate new information and cache it.

Hi Melissa,

Can you send me copies of the SCORMS and we'll test it this end?
