I had some grief traking this information down in code and elsewhere, so I went a different route and just created screen shots of the available report sources and the columns available within each course. This was from Totara 2.2.17. I hope this might help others.

Nice catch. Unfortunately I overlooked that I had created the "Compliance Expiration" custom course field when I did the screen shots. I suppose that makes this a little less useful.
Therefore, anyone that might use this document as a reference should disregard the "Compliance Expiration" field.
