Using version 2.2.14, I did the following:

1. Created a program with 3 course sets
2. Created 2 dynamic audiences - both with same position, but one audience is one division and child orgs, the other audience another division with child orgs. Members were added correctly to audiences.
3. Assigned the program as learning items for both audiences, with different completion time

Each time I assign the program to one of the audiences, it adds it to this audience but strangely removes it from the learning of the other audience.
