is it possibčle to hide somehow the list of programs, Course categories or courses from users that are not enrolled in the course?

We will have different clients/companies on our LMS Totara site on our cloud and we dont want that each client/company sees what courses or programs or course categories are on the portal for different clients. We can have for example two different banks, where one will have some internal rules, communications skills and the other bank totaly different programs, courses.

Can it be closed, hidden or some other simple way done through hierarcies etc?

We just dont want to create 10 different portals LMS but only one.
